
超(chao)聲波液位計可采用二線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)、三線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)或(huo)(huo)四線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)技術,二線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)為(wei):供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)與信(xin)(xin)(xin)號輸出共用;三線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)為(wei):供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)(hui)路和(he)(he)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號輸出回(hui)(hui)(hui)路獨立,當采用直流(liu)(liu)24v供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),可使(shi)用一(yi)(yi)根3芯電(dian)(dian)纜線(xian)(xian),供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)負端(duan)和(he)(he)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號輸出負端(duan)共用一(yi)(yi)根芯線(xian)(xian);四線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)為(wei):當采用交流(liu)(liu)220v供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi),或(huo)(huo)者當采用直流(liu)(liu)24v供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian),要求供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)(hui)路與信(xin)(xin)(xin)號輸出回(hui)(hui)(hui)路完(wan)全隔離時(shi)(shi),應(ying)使(shi)用一(yi)(yi)根4芯電(dian)(dian)纜線(xian)(xian)。直流(liu)(liu)或(huo)(huo)交流(liu)(liu)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian),具有4~20mADC,高低位開關(guan)量輸出。
量(liang)程范圍:0-50米(mi),多種(zhong)形式可選,適合各種(zhong)腐蝕性、化(hua)工類場合,精度(du)高,遠(yuan)傳信號(hao)輸出(chu),PLC系統監控(kong)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
超聲波(bo)液位計工作原(yuan)理是由超聲(sheng)波(bo)換(huan)能(neng)器(探頭)發出(chu)(chu)高頻脈沖聲(sheng)波(bo)遇(yu)到被(bei)測物位(物料)表(biao)(biao)面被(bei)反(fan)射折回反(fan)射回波(bo)被(bei)換(huan)能(neng)器接收轉換(huan)成電信(xin)號.聲(sheng)波(bo)的傳(chuan)播(bo)時間與聲(sheng)波(bo)的發出(chu)(chu)到物體表(biao)(biao)面的距離成正比(bi).聲(sheng)波(bo)傳(chuan)輸距離S與聲(sheng)速(su)C和聲(sheng)傳(chuan)輸時間T的關系可用(yong)公式表(biao)(biao)示:S=C×T/2.
探(tan)頭部分發射出超聲波,然后(hou)被液面反(fan)射,探(tan)頭部分再接收,探(tan)頭到液(物)面的距離和超聲波經過的時間成比(bi)例(li):
